The U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) has released “Law Enforcement Intelligence: A Guide for State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies CD-ROM.” This guide is an electronic version of the 2004 print publication. The guide is targeted to managers, supervisors, and officers tasked with developing or reinvigorating their intelligence function. The CD also includes other related documents such as The National Criminal Intelligence Sharing Plan (NCISP) and Fusion Center Guidelines.
