U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement returns more than 1,000 artifacts to Iraq

News release: “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement repatriated more than 1,000 cultural antiquities that had been seized for false declaration of country of origin to the Government of Iraq. The items included terra cotta cones, figurines, coins and remnants of cuneiform tablets. Import restrictions apply to any cultural property of Iraq.
