Telecommuting Provision Part of 3,000 Page Spending Bill

Virginia Rep. Frank R. Wolf won approval of his measure, part of the omnibus appropriations bill, requiring government agencies (including the SEC, judiciary and SBA) to allow eligable workers to telecommute or face the loss of $5 million in funding.
