Other updates include: the latest data from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)’s Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) on employer-based health insurance premiums, 2004 diabetes mortality rates by gender and race/ethnicity from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the number of beneficiaries receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) for 2005 and the number of Social Security Income (SSI) recipients by eligibility category and age for 2006 from the Social Security Administration (SSA).”
