West: “Due to the number of requests for raw e-government data on individual city, state, federal, and foreign government agency websites, we are making available for a fee the raw data on individual agencies collected as part of our 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 e-government reports. For each agency website, we will send a SPSS or Excel data file containing the specific analysis that was conducted each year for that agency.”
