Reilly: “An independent report [500 pages] released Thursday concluded that Justice Department prosecutors engaged in “systematic concealment” of information that would have benefited the defense of Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) and that they allowed false testimony to be introduced. The over 500-page report does not recommend prosecuting any of the lawyers for criminal contempt even though they failed to fulfill their constitutional duties.”
