We need to fully understand the good and the bad of what the products do well, and what problems we may run into when using the products. Up until this time, purchasers of Gen AI tools for legal research have been very forgiving of what the products actually do versus what we are told they can do. That window of forgiveness is closing fast. For vendors who promise no hallucinations are going to be called out when that promise is broken..”
