Pacifici on Sep 2, 2003 A New Proposal to Permit Lawyers To Cite “Unpublished” Opinions: Does It Go Far Enough?: A rule proposed by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts would allow attorneys to cite unpublished opinions.
