“The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is one of seven federal agencies participating in a pilot program to make records requested via the Freedom of Information Act more readily available to the public, as reflected in the recently released Third National Action Plan for Open Government. Over the course of the pilot, ODNI will note the release of new “proactive disclosure” documents here on IC on the Record. Documents posted to DNI.gov today include:
- Monthly briefings to Congress regarding suitability and security reform (07-19-16)
- Processing notes, responsive documents, and search slips regarding DF-2015-00097 (06-27-16)
- Annual IC Employee Climate Survey for 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 (06-16-16)
- IG ACTS Case 2015-19562: The standard documents found in this ACTS case (06-10-16)
- Jason Report: JRS-09-510 “North Korea Centrifuge Capabilities (06-09-16)
- The Insider Threat Classification Guide, from the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) (06-08-16)
Records that have been released by ODNI in response to Freedom of Information Act requests are also available via the DNI.gov FOIA Portal, along with a monthly log of FOIA requests we have received.“
