In the nine-page document, FERC recognizes Alaska’s selection of a preferred applicant, TransCanada Pipelines Ltd. TransCanada filed jointly with Foothills Pipe Lines, Ltd., and was one of the applicants considered under the criteria set in the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act (AGIA).”
