Determination of Depository Institution and Credit Union Asset Size For Purposes of Sections 1025 and 1026 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act

News release: “The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Board (FRB), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) (the Prudential Regulators), and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB) (collectively, the Agencies), are issuing this Supervisory Statement to provide clarity and transparency on how and when the Agencies will determine the total assets of an insured depository institution or an insured credit union for purposes of their supervisory and enforcement responsibilities under sections 1025 and 1026 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank).”
