Citizen Satisfaction with Federal Websites Loses Steam, according to the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI. Key findings include:

  • “Over the past 7 quarters, citizen satisfaction has remained relatively flat while private sector satisfaction has increased
  • From last quarter, 49% of sites saw lower satisfaction than last quarter, while 31% had score increases and 20% had no change in scores.”
