The 2011 report includes payment policy recommendations for ten payment systems: hospital inpatient, hospital outpatient, physician and other health professional, ambulatory surgical center, outpatient dialysis, skilled nursing, home health, inpatient rehabilitation facility, long-term care hospital, and hospice.
