“The Asset Managers’ Committee and the Investors’ Committee have released their best practices reports for hedge fund managers and investors, respectively. The Asset Managers’ Committee and the Investors’ Committee are private sector committees established by the President’s Working Group on Financial Markets (“PWG”). The first task of the Committees was to develop and publicly release best practices so that market participants may enhance investor protection and systemic risk safeguards consistent with PWG principles and guidelines.”
