China Submits Report on Military Spending to UN

Times of India: “Jane’s Information Group came up with a report on Wednesday saying China is the fourth biggest military spender while India is in the 10th position in this context. Jane’s Industry Quarterly said China spent $58 billion in 2008 while India’s spending was nearly half of it. The top three spenders are the United States, Britain with and France.”
