“The Prime Minister has set out the Government’s approach to dealing with threats to national security, ranging from war and terrorism to climate change, disease and poverty. Speaking to MP’s in the House of Commons earlier today, Mr Brown said that the nature of the threats faced by the British people has changed “beyond all recognition”.”
