“The government’s prosecution of international terrorist suspects has sharply declined in the last few years, according to a new special report by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC). The report, based on very extensive Justice Department data obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, is a unique examination of the government’s criminal enforcement effort against individuals it has categorized as “international terrorists” in the five years since 9/11/01. The report, complete with graphs and tables, is available here.”
