“The Center for Digital Government and the National Association of Counties (NACo) invited U.S. counties to participate in the 2005 Digital Counties Survey, which was underwritten by Hyland Software,developers of OnBase. The survey grouped counties into four population categories: one for large counties (500,000 or more), two others for mid-sized counties (250,000 499,999 and 150,000 249,999) and one for small counties (less than 150,000).” (link to press release)
